We stand behind the workmanship of our products 100% ! We will be happy to exchange or refund (less shipping charges) for defective items within 30 days of your purchase. In order to keep our cost low, we do not make exchanges if you order the incorrect size or color. We strive to provide accurate measurements and descriptions. Please choose your sizes and colors carefully.We cannot accept worn bows, or merchandise which has been damaged in the return process, i.e. bows smashed in an envelope. We charge 5.00 shipping for all orders under $50.00. Orders $50.00 and up will be shipped FREE. Return items shipped are paid by the customer.

 

Most of our items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of payment. Special/Custom orders may take up to 14 days to ship. From your ship date Priority Mail takes 1-3 days for delivery.

If you have a special event or special deadline, please include that information on the message portion of the order form. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs. We have many ribbon colors and styles that are only available at our events, but can be made for special online orders. We can also make hair accessories for cheerleading, dance, and sports teams.
